The San Luis Obispo County Jazz Federation will presented the New York City based Emmet Cohen Trio in concert on Tuesday night February 19 at the Unity Concert Hall to a nearly full house on a Tuesday evening . Emmet has won numerous awards for his playing and has appeared regularly with Ron Carter, Benny Golson, Houston Person, Kurt Elling and many others. He appeared with his regular trio of Russell Hall on bass and Kyle Poole on drums. This trio was so impressive and lively that it was totally worthwhile coming out to see them on a weeknight!
